4 Week Beginner Course

4 week Obedience classes for beginners (puppy or rescue dogs) aged between 12 weeks (check with your vet that injections are up to date) and 3 years old. Classes last an hour each week and cover basic obedience, loose lead walking, recall, scent work, socialisation, trick training and more! All we ask is that you bring lead, collar/harness, poo bags, and PLENTY (100+) of pea sized tasty treats such as ham, cheese, hot dog, chicken, kibble etc.
Lockdown Dogs – Support for dogs who grew up during COVID

This course is to support dogs who have had to grow up whilst the COVID pandemic was at large. Typically, dogs who have had limited to no socialisation at crucial time points in their life may struggle to mix with other dogs and/or people. This course is designed to help dogs build confidence around other people and dogs, in a controlled environment. All I ask is that you bring a lead, collar/harness, poo bags, and PLENTY (100+) of pea sized tasty treats such as ham, cheese, hot dog, chicken, kibble etc.
Reactive Rovers [Online and In Person group course]

Do you need some help with your dog barking, growling or lunging at other dogs?
Want to meet owners who have similar concerns and struggles and work together as a team to help your reactive pooch?
We want to help you to feel relaxed and in control on walks around other dogs. We use reward based training to change your dogs feelings towards other dogs.

WORKSHOPS AT MUTTS GO NUTTS, WALESBY
Here are our practical workshops running as one off courses throughout the year at Mutts Go Nutts Walesby; loose lead walking, recall, self control and socialisation. These are in depth courses on the essential skills needed, taught with modern training, games and knowledge. You will not only learn the practical skills behind it all, you will learn the reasons why learning these skills are beneficial and how we can help progress or identify how we can help you. Questions are answered throughout the course so you get the most out of each course, alongside others who are learning with you. If you are a person that learns by “doing” then these are the ones for you!
